A bit about the team:
Anna Carmichael: A Suppher Director, Anna Carmichael was classically trained by The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. She climbed the ranks in Michelin kitchens before more recently honing skills as head chef on a far, and focusing more on produce led, farm to table ethos. Now, Anna cares most about showing love through tasty scran and good vibes!
Emma Tophill-Reed: Emma co-launched the kitchen at The Mowbray in 2018 alongside her husband, Matt, helping to shape it into one of the city’s leading wedding & event venues. In October 2024, they expanded their vision by establishing a second site at Victoria, continuing their focus on seasonal produce, thoughtful menus, and exceptional hospitality.

A move back to the UK saw Kelly qualify through WSET, and a career in wine spanning nearly a decade began.
Her approach to wine is defined by a wealth of knowledge that she delivers with a distinct renegade attitude. Whether it's sourcing a rare natural vintage or a cult classic from the archives, her lists are a reflection of her deep expertise and her refusal to play by the rules.
